I'm lucky if I get 400-450, given how crappy the services can get sometimes.

514 is only from 3am-5am here, its not constant. At the best I can get 96kb/s during the time that I'm actually not working in some propensity. The rest of the day it fluctuates between 96 and 514. It's never constant. T-T

*hugs* 96 is out of it, that's low as I've ever seen. I've sometimes seen worse, like an entire month where I was stuck at 68-70 kb/s because the ISP busted one of their own cables during "routine" maintenance work. It was enough to make me want to perforate something with one of the family guns.

Besides, all porn is blocked out here, even clothing sites that have any form of nudity is blocked out here on the internet, just not pirating. Go figure.

@noob: I got my emulator, BIOs, and Final Fantasy X downloaded, so I should be good for the short amount of time that I have left out here.
