Came home from school today with a sheepshead fish caught just this morning in the gulf. Had no clue what to do with it so I just poached the filets with some spices I found in the cabinet. Best midnight snack ever.
I've put the forum in archive mode - keeping basic chat here in case people drop by with a message. If anybody is still around happy to talk about building a small new little community, otherwise will just leave it archived.
