Yeah, I'm collecting pelts now to increase my thieves outfit, and I'm working on one handed now.

Make sure to have the perk that allows that for enchanted gear

Do know which skill that's under?

The begger women in winterhold teaches pickpocketing. Go to her and train once. Then save the game. Then try to steal the gold back. Rinse and repeat to get high pickpocket
