Trying to get a PS3.
I have to convince my mom to go through with it.
Here's the current situation!

I will trade-in my old Xbox360, Madden 12 and NBA2k12 towards the PS3 which would give a better trade-in value because Gamestop does shit like that. I would try to trade-in an old iPod as well, just for shits and grins. That could be an easy $80-100.
I told my mom to instead of buying me a tattoo, she should put the money towards a PS3.
I am using my epic 100 Speech skill to talk her into it, telling her that the PS3 doesn't
have a monthly fee, has a built in Blu-Ray and that it's just awesome.
Also, I could have a job soon, so if it comes down to it, I will just buy it for myself. :)

So hopefully I will have a PS3 soon!

Well it would be a lot more because I have the Plug-In-Play remote charger, wireless remote charger, wireless mic and all of the cables still, so it's not like it will be that cheap. :P

Yeah but you could get 80$ for the console and a cords with a controller alone -.-. With all that other stuff were talking more.

Hell, I sold my xbox with no disc drive for $50, all they had to do was buy a new drive.

Wow bro , is your mom one of those parents that like to make their children work for what they want and make the earn it by making them write an argument or give good reasons ? Cause my dad is like that and I love it :)

No, not really. We just don't have that much money as of right now and my mom doesn't think I should be getting a Video Game System because 18 is when I should start acting like I am 40.

Oh I get it, usually not asking parents for the stuff you want is the best , cause you can what ever you want by working for it yourself , I get sometimes money just by proposing to Jailbreak an iPhone , the. Use the money or save it :).

If you're worried about creepy craigslisters agree to meet in a public location. I.E a store or something.
There is also ebay but they usually take out a listing fee and you have to factor in shipping.
I really would suggest craigslist.

I could always bring my friend with me too because he has taken me along with him, I would just make sure he stays in the car.
But yeah, I don't know. It all seems kinda shady doooooooooooooooooooooooooood.

Most people on there are pretty normal. It's only because it doesn't happen often weird shit makes the news from craigslist.
Plus if it happened all the time no one would use it. I've done about five or six craigslist transactions myself and road along with a friend and her family during another three.

Well I will see when I can do all of this and I will ask my friend for help. :)
Thanks guys! I will try out this Craigslist shit before I just go trade it in to Gamestop or Bestbuy.
