1. IP boards (way better than vbullshit)
2. A better notification system
3. Letting me upload a ton of emotes since ours suck
4. A better header
5. A like and dislike button (and no I'm not talking about the "Thank" button)
EDIT: 6. Possibly a better music section. Like, instead of just reviewing video games, you have people reviewing new releases in music.

Rewards system based on posts and rep and ect (And events)
A REAL functional economy
Avatar system + equipable items (Quit being lazy, turn LG into an avatarsite)
Domain change (Seriously...LG is no longer a name that reflects the community at all.)

I think Kain has a point on game servesr but at the same time its hard to be proactive and predict interest.
Aleena, a functional economy has a lot to do with the user base. They have to buy into the economy and right now no one does.
The avatar idea could be interesting but I'd imagine it would take a lot of work unless we just jacked someone else's.

We have an entire warez subforum for higher level users.
A few concepts I'm forming at the moment that are not fully thought out:
- Something worth using LG gold for. It could be games, gambling, a site store for random shit for your account. A place to dump all this gold would be nice because right now it is highly useless.
- Improvement on how we trade? AUTO-MIDDLEMAN! I think I am being more far fetched with this one.
- I would like to see LG aim more towards Marketing and selling. Let's face it, people are lazy and want to get things the easy way. Money talks quick and fast.
- Only one underground with the requirements of UGS. Let's weed out the useless and dumb. Hell maybe even an underground with hand picked people that require X amount of referrals from staff AND the requirements of UGS to get in.

*Get a notification whenever someones quotes you
*A mention system? Example: "@Artificial your dick is huge" and then the person would get a notification to view said mention.

Right, because it's remotely sensible to invest mass amounts of time creating a forum from scratch into a site hardly anyone goes to anymore.
My only suggestion
1.) Everything this forum has seeing as how the current setup is fairly ideal for the nature of this website. But then again, what do I care -- I hardly even visit this place.
And yes, I realize you said "hypothetically speaking," but even considering it is pretty stupid at this point.

I'm actually seriously interested in a sort of LG investment system;
It's an idea I came up with a while ago, basically you can buy "user stock" which is based of that users net worth (LG gold, Post per Day, etc.), these can then be traded and sold for LG gold.
Also a bank system with a savings option would be really nice.
