Cops showed up. Completely sober.

Yep. 21st birthday and I spent a good hour of it with the cops.
Best birthday ever.

However, I did socially Engineer myself out of a tight situation.
There were minors, fault of my roommate, but I dropped the name of the chief of police, told them to ask him if he knows a "Joseph Charles". He does, because I used to chat with him sober when I went to get coffee.
So I got off scott free and all the kiddies went home (thank god. I was ready to kill someone)

Ouch, that could have ended horribly. I think this is when you gain an extra shelf in the fridge.

I started drinking with the cops when I was 7. Man up son.

@Thomas: yeah it could have, but honestly I'm going to bed good tonight. The only people that were any trouble aren't allowed in my apartment anymore, no more underage drinking, and I'm going to bed a happy camper tonight.

@Cthulu: You either need a therapist or a better sense of humor. Flip side the ground side, mate.

So, let me get this straight. You were having a drinking party for your twenty first. You had a bunch of your of-age friends. Your room mate invited some minors, and they drank, while you were unaware. The cops showed up, and you were like "I'm buddies with the chief. Gtfo." And they were like "Yessir." And everything was alright? That's actually kind of badass. Good job. Keep it up.
