Babysitter: Good Idea
Bloody Mary: Good Idea
Dad's Friend: Good Idea
The End: Bad Idea

I could have really done without the satanists and the end didn't tie into the other 2 movies at all.
If Katie was possessed when she was a kid, how did she lead a normal life and NOT expect this to happen again?
If her sister married Toby and stayed in the house, how did she lead a normal life and NOT expect it to happen again?
There was A LOT of questions left unanswered that made absolutely no sense.
But the effects and new qualities of the movie were great.
