Religion is absolutely ludicrous as a lifestyle.
Too many people use it as a crutch to hide themselves from the reality of nature.
If life is throwing shit in your face, take it, learn how to deal with it, and move on.
If you give up because something is too much to handle, nothing will change.
As the great Rocky once said, "It doesn't matter how hard you get it, it's how hard you get it and keep moving forward."

He means "hit".
Religion helps some people take that hit. I don't think its fair to denounce a thing that is basically good because of fractions of outlying idiots.

I understand the help taking a hit, but nobody realizes that they're capable of taking it on themselves.
Constantly seeking an Aid or a Help blinds you from knowing that you are totally capable of taking whatever comes at you.

Yeah but you're think of the crazies that think Jesus is taking the hit for them. The way I'm talking about is "God sends you challenging circumstances to make your stronger. Still He never sends more than you can handle." You have to be mature about religion and you're right about a lot of people doing the first one.
