Say your 16, and you have sound files of your 16 year old girlfriend fucking you or some shit.
I personally dont find that "sick" at all, considering your both the same age.
When most people think "cp" they think a 4 year old being forced to take naked pictures.
When in reality, your best friend could have what is considered "cp" of his girlfriend on his phone.
