- New. Any item-dropping fish now has a chance to drop an item in the owner's inventory, as well. We'll be tweaking the levels on this.

Second, The owner or the admin doesn't get to choose the item i think it will randomly pick.

Its going to pick from any of the normal Tank Drop items, not a "Random Item" As you suggested. And if you have ever gotten a prize from puzzles, its nothing more then what you'd get there.

If he actually did mean this. That would make perfect sense. If the said feature is exploitable. I guess we won't know until we test it further.
