I think it's just to anyone who comes across it. A ton of admin functions and such have funny things like that.
I've seen "no soup for you" and something about sushi before.

*laughs* It is possible it was a co-winkie-dink. I just find it funny that it happened while I was in the middle of something.

And yes =P I know there are quite a few other lulzie ones, but I was poking around the logs, then next thing I know, it says "HELLO!"

I figured it was quite the laugh =P But, Now I see everything is on lockdown, So the seeds of doubt have been planted for this being directed at us.
