Well. I tried this theme with something from my little pony. Got fed up with it right quick and trashed the PSD.

stock background, c4ds everywhere, blended in render, gradient map? O think you used 2 stock bgs and color dodged one because that's a really intended red, but im probably wrong.

Just this particular style is dark. My others vary.

2 c4ds, 1 fractal, 1 stock bg, just used selective color and a b&w gradient map masked over it to make it more red.
And I used much more than one gradient map to blend everything together c:
