I need to figure out how to decrypt this information.

So that is a Keylogger, powerbot/rsbuddy/epicbot/data/db stealer and decrypter. Maybe reverse engineer it so you can get the decrypt?

One thing I know is this code is translated to ' hitnation ' : p31AWjTNu0NOLgu7SjPR6A== .
With that being said, I need to figure out how it translate to be ' hitnation ' .

It is possible to decrypt it.
That password worked. I jacked one of the accounts.
