Well, to my knowledge it's not like they all consolidate in one place. If they aren't stupid, they'll generally at some point, locate the actual hackers who may or may not be affiliated with anonymous (and self proclaim feats for the group). To say that they'll locate every member is downright silly though
The point of anon being there is no anon makes the idea of searching for a group idiotic. Even if you get people involved with on particular incident you never actually get anon. Its like trying to track down the "We the people" in the declaration of Independence, it was everyone.

Basically when you try to track anonymous, you're tracking a huge mass of people who know you're tracking them, and have defenses against it. Not to mention its not like Most go around stating their true names.
