Yes they do. They are really awesome too.
However you can get banned for using them.

It's worth the risk. :p Runescape isn't really the type of game I'd go around playing, because it's honestly not that fun until you're stronger. :p So, if I can just bot the motherfucker up to a good level, I'd be good.

Many people start Runescape businesses with bots to do that exact thing.

So I see, are there still level limits on RS? I might be down for some bottage. :p
