A secret moderator forum..
Just throwing this out here, but is there a section in this forum for mods (only view-able by mods)?
#2
There is a section like that on every forum.
#3
Yes there is. There is also an admin section. There is also a section where pixies and unicorns are made and sent out upon the forums once a year.

Oh shi-

We have a forum for mods on a site I moderate. No admin section though since there is only one admin.
Do you have a mod leisure section?
#6
We have everything. Nuff said.

Does Arti talk to himself here?

No. We spend most of our time on the forums posting out here. We don't need our own JY.
#9
I fucking love the JY. <3

Who in their right minds would make you a mod?

Moderator position isn't as godly as you might think it is. It wasn't hard to earn at the time. It may seem fun banning members and deleting stuff but after a week or so it gets boring.

The mod position took me about a month to earn. All I had to do was be super mature and follow all the rules.

I've been an S-mod for almost 2 years. It never gets boring being blamed for doing my job as staff, or being the subject of flaming.

I should hope not, that would defeat the purpose.

I've been a regular moderator for about half a year. Super mods don't exist on my site. Maybe it is fun because banned members always come back and you guys can ban them. That sounds satisfying for some reason.

No. Its not. It gets fucking old when some asshole can't take a fucking hint and stop making accounts. I remember back in 1.0 we had some douche make 50 accounts. Which beats even Defy by about 20.

What else is fun to do?
I like banning and posting a clever comment on the ban reason.
#20
Defy is king!

Its not fun being staff. Its fun being able to do something extraordinary for the site. Being staff is just what puts that little extra back in extraordinary..

Yeah, being regular member to me is shit to be honest.
I want to be able to provide a shitload for this website, but I don't know what else I can do.

This kinda stuff being said is annoying. You don't have to be a staff member to do something for the site. You can post graphics and tuts and anything that you think will be able to help the site in anyway. Even advertising. If you have the 20 active people on the site doing a little bit, we would have a day like in 2007 when there was 16000 people online at once, over 4000 of them registered members.

Its not that hard. Its staff's job to keep order. Its up to the members to care enough to help us advertise and make a change.

Gimme an autoposter and I gotch you.

I would do graphics if I had a copy of Photoshop. I am too scurred to do torrented version of it because I don't want to get fucked by Feds.

The chances of you getting caught by feds is like what, 1 out of 1million?
#29
I kind of doubt the feds would even come after you. 'WHAT!? SOMEONE ILLEGALLY DOWNLOADED PHOTOSHOP!? FUCK! GO GET HIM!'

Well, I believe in Karma, and I am pretty strict on my belief about it.
I just don't want to get negative energy. :(

I have morals like you too. I couldn't help but feel guilty after phishing a few accounts. I also couldn't scam people without feeling loads of regret.
But for some reason, I always download warez.

edit: although.. i buy stolen accounts, lolol.
