Gonna spend all day keeping my parents happy.
Fuck yeah, veterans in my house.

Going to spend all day pretending to be happy when really all I want to do is evaporate.
Going to spend the day holding my dog because she is terrified of fireworks.
Going to do clan events with Canadians because they will be very bored.
Not going to be doing one thing to make myself feel any better.

I get to take a bunch of bitch-ass recruits to watch a fucking movie first thing in the morning. Can you believe that shit? They get to watch a movie because the chaplain says so. I'm just gonna sit back and relax after I get off duty in like 9 hours.

I get a few days a year: veterans day, july 4th, and memorial day. FML.
