It's like a classic anime movie.

First anime movie I saw, Was Dragonball : Tree of Might

Badass movie.

But I think, Best overall anime movie I saw. is a tie between these 3.

Cowboy bebop the movie (Knockin on heavens door)
ROD (Read or Die)
Kite (Its not hentai! Its more like a kickass anime movie with a sex scene or three in it)

Personally howl's moving castle is my favorite.
Spirited away comes in second though when it comes to miyazaki films.
