Requesting Ban Appeal
I was on this site for a year and got banned for lying about an item being legit.
I accepted that i will re-fund the girl once I sell back.
My original ban date was set to be lifted the 16th and all of a sudden it was changed to NEVER.
I'm requesting a ban appeal due to this being unfair and never being notified of having to re-fund the girl within a month.
I never stole from this girl either and she got her item i just lied of it being legit.
I wrote letters to the administrator and yes pm'd you thomas for a response and never received one.
Therefore, this is my ban appeal thread.

Should have just pm'd Thomas or Arti or someone who is admin because the JY is full of us awesome people.

Screw that...Theifs are theifs.

You dont come to LG and try to be "Sneaky" and lie to members and cheat them out of their stuff.
If it were up to me, You would get a Lot more than a perm ban.

I dont feel like digging up the quote that one of the admins said when defy was givin a second chance.. and a 3rd... not sure about a 4th.

Yeah i just lied i mean cmon at least i didn't steal it from that chick.
Most people have been given 2nd chances too for me it's just like a kick to the curve and no threads ever posted.

To be honest, I don't remember you. I don't even remember how long I have been back for. I think it's been about a month now.

5. Scamming - Scamming is 100% not tolerated. Plain and simple, use one of the middlemen we have provided and you'll be safe. Be sure to complete trades through private message or through the chat bar. We'll use that as proof if anything goes wrong.

No mater how you put it, you did scam. It's not tolerated, and you were banned. You did give a refund though. A temp ban would be necessary in this situation, but for the perma, I'm sure there was mis-communication. I'll notify Thomas.
