We are going to try to keep the house til my sister can finish High School at the school over here because the district is great and all her friends close-ish.

I hear you bro. My parents got divorced when I was ~10. A few months ago we almost lost our house but my mom found a new place.My mom supports 9 people and she gets paid just a little over minimum wage. You'll get through it.
My parents decided to divorce two years ago.
We've been living off my Dad's disability for the past 4 years, supporting 3 kids and putting my mom through college.
We've come real close to losing the house, too many times.
Somehow, shit always worked itself out though.
