does power balance really work?

it can i had my on performance and it raped my pc thats also why its almost dead xD

do you know what power balance is? its a bracelet not a program. My friend gave me one and he said it helps stable focus and electrolytes something like that

I have mine set on performance, and it rapes nothing because my PC isn't a 7 year old POS.
