[EPIC] Cryptography For Beginners
Today I'll be teaching you some easy cryptography that I learned from a book that I just put in the Warez section, Cracking and Cryptography for Dummies

Until you download it, you can learn some of the simple ciphers in the book! C:
The Rail-Fence Cipher:
This one is kind of difficult. But anyway, here you go!
HLOHRLGCLAESHPYRPOOVNELTEE,OIAGMR.APCYTSLIG
Answer:
HELLO THERE, LOGICAL GAMERS. HAPPY CRYPTO SOLVING
Key:
H L O H R L G C L A E S H P Y R P O O V N
E L T E E , O I A G M R . A P C Y T S L I G
Read it diagonally, up and down. All you have to do for this one is try to divide the word at what you think is the center. If there's punctuation near the middle of the line of gibberish, its most likely one of these. Most people are sneaky and don't use it, though
So all you have to do is try putting half of the line under the top 
There are also 3 and 4 rail ciphers, but you can read about those in the book.
Shift Cipher:
JXWK WK L KXWZJ GWPXCM
Answer:
THIS IS A SHIFT CIPHER
Key:
A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z
L O G I C Z Y X W V U T S R Q P N M K J H G F E D B
In this cipher, A = L, B = O, etc.
It uses a keyword at the beginning, and the alphabet starts after it. I made this one harder though by having the alphabet start backwards >
Atbash Cipher:
GVRH RH GLL VZHB
Anser:
THIS IS TOO EASY
Key:
A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z
Z Y X W V U T S R Q P O N M L K J I H G F E D C B A
All that makes up this cipher is the alphabet backwards! Probably the easiest and simplest cipher you will ever find.
