Nope, there's only around 10 people who have access to UGG and they all know how to not abuse things and how to keep a high risk account unbanned/stealth unban the high risk account. UGG is for the best of the best and we pamper them daily.

Well, think what you want, it's Chad's discretion if he's ever gonna post it in the lower echelons of Underground, but for now it's the main reason to actually strive to make UGG until it's patched.
