Ravens Call
It's a new song I'm currently working on. I got the inspiration when I was playing down by the river and I saw a Raven with a broken leg sitting 3 feet away from me looking up into the sky. Thoughts, Suggestions? I hope you like it.

Other than that I like it.
You could theoretically change the bass note(open string you hit all the time), still you normally want to go to a repeating note in a picking patterns but I think your pattern does that in my opinion so I would change the bass note. If you tell me how you play it I'll throw more suggestions at you.

Since you're based off the D, G, & B strings, I feel Dadgad would work really well. You could play the whole thing an octave lower and you could substitute strings and pretty much any thing you play will be in key.
Before you change any thing though, how does this sound?
*from here just strum the G and B string, hit the D if you want or dont; just keep the triplet rhythm

If you're in standard the strings are the same three you were using. I'm just leaving off the other strings since we're not using them.
The slant indicates you pick each not one at a time, the stack means you'd play them at the same time.
