How do I update rsbot?

The new 575 rsbot?

Just go to the official site and click download
The download link is always updated

I just downloaded it.
Still not updated.

Then, I think you have to update your SVN.

I have an old version of SVN from like months ago and I just click rsbot download and it downloads at 575 version

SVN doesn't mean you download a newer version of RSbot.
SVN is a program that helps RSbot compile.
Or whatever it does.

I have the svn.
When I update it with the trunk it stops on hideandseek.

SVN updates the whole RSBOt program, I update via SVN all the time.
