quick question

how do i make it so if someone clicks a picture they automatically download it?
or a link to a picture.

If you want the direct link of a file just click download while holding tab and it will open a new Crtl copy that address it it should work.

heres an example, i want it so if somone clicks (this is only an example) this picture, it will automatically download on to there computer

Then you actually post and help, you could just upload the image to a site and put the link in or something.

Hmm....try experimenting with different upload/download sites. To do this, here is the code, just replace IMG with your IMG and download with your download. When at a download link, right click and select "Copy link address". I replaced "L" with "i" and "i" with "L" to make the code post. Lol

I know Thomas did something like it for the LG Sims 3 link. You just click it and it doesn't even go to a second website. It just downloads it to your computer.

So ask him how he did it, and instead of doing text like he did, you can replace it with img tags.

Also, most browsers support displaying pictures, so direct linking usually just opens it in the browser.

I've had this happen a couple times to me, when a clicked a link to a picture and it asked me where to save it to. I know it's possible, i just don't know how to do it. probably in the coding somewhere.

What's his face is right... All you have to do is go to say... Download.com, find what you want, right click the link to download say... MSN IM, and paste it... like so...
