After turning 20
I've just come to terms with the fact that I'm no longer a teenager.
I don't see teenagers anymore. I see... I see youths. Slumped S shapes in their hoodies, all huddled round a bin of burning grannies. All texting eachother because they've given up on speech.
Huddled around a bin of burning grannies. Okay. Im a teenager who is very educated. Going to college. I hate hoodies, and coats. I love and visit my grandparents as much as I can. I only text because its a mean of communication faster than calling. And its free on my plan. And when I do text I don't use text lingo.
You are a rare breed, Supra. Don't lose that
God damnit, i love hoodies.
whats wrong with them D:
and my grandparents live on the other side of the united states :x
A rare breed? If you ask me I think teenagers like that are 16 or younger. Because everyone around here is trying to get a job and getting prepared for college, or the military.
I think it's funny because I actually don't have many friends my age.
Especially since I'm really not into the party/drug/drinking scene.
I always feel like everyone acts so young and irresponsible.
Although gotta say I love hoodies.
Not eating for 3 days and smoking. Not smart. That's all his body was running on..
Being 20 means a lot more than not being a teen anymore. It means that you are now subject to the true rigors of life in the real world. Its actually depressing at times, but just as rewarding.
