it looks wonderful. perhaps some more detail on the planet, but other than that the effect itself is spot on. Good job.

Not quite sure what you need actually, looks pretty good.
maybe if the image was a bit "crisper".

I think glow should look smoother

Also maybe a distant planet...... Or some Nebulas. Maybe a couple asteroids if possible.

This looks pretty good! What did you use, photoshop, then wind tool to get the effect on the splitting? I would consider adding a star field in the background and maybe like a nebulous ring around it sort of like the force wave you see in pictures of large blasts.
