No.
I took a few backgrounds, put them together, added a few effects, and Added text.
But dood I Didn't add blevel and emboss.

Thomas are you talking about the inner shadow he has on it? Kinda makes it look beveled.

Nah, he already edited it out. There was a bevel and emboss that looked like a banner from 1994.
