Tomorrow
I'm forcing band to record demo(s).
One way or the other I'm coming home with at least one recording and mixing it.
I'll be asking whoever will listen for feedback. We have at least two, maybe three songs actually written and practiced to near completion(the uncompleted part being some of my lead stuff and we just got a keyboard player so he has no parts yet).
Any way, I don't really know what to tell you genera wise; it is rock I guess. I started out as a blues band really and evolved in to something else and now with the keys its likely to change again. No one has heard any of it yet aside from some groupies the singer found(don't know how a band has groupies if they haven't played live, don't think you can be a band if you haven't played live so you're really just listening to me and some dude I go sit in a garage with on a tri-weekly basis) and maybe three other people. They says its good but you all are soulless bastards who will tell me exactly how it is.
*side note: drummer does not want click tracks, we're going live and all at once shitty garage style. We feel that is more indicative of what we're about.

*Interesting experience, I walked up they said "hey you like this" played progression and said every other time I should do a fill and then we just went.
