You're really infracting me for calling someone retarded. Retard is not a hostile word because it relates to an everyday being. Its not derogatory. And moron. You don't see people going to jail for being called moron or retarded, but there are cases of people being sued and fined for harassment using real derogatory words such as queer,faggot,nig*er,etc. Because those are actually words of harassment. I would be glad to pull up a few court cases on somebody being called derogatory words. Never will you see another person being fined, jailed, or sued. For using the words retard, and moron.
