The French are taking over!
Ok, long story short. I installed a rouge language pack and now random bits of the forum are in French. If you see a bit of the form that's in French screenshot it and post it in this thread so I know what to fix!

Mine was doing it with the settings button, I was using illume. I'm on mobile now though so I can't screenshot.
