But check around the net for better pricing. Although with Zales you know for sure your getting what they are describing, they tend to be over priced. I like using a lot of direct importers. Like if you like pearls for your girl check out TADragon, thats one of my favorites and so far everything I've bought from them in ten carat has been solid not plated.
You can also try shopping around jtv.com, buying a mounting and the appropriate gem, and simply inserting it yourself. A lot of the time this'll be cheaper. A while back I got a nearly one carat blue (irradiated) diamond from them on sale for fifty bucks. One of my other favorites its Stuller, and if you happen to know a jeweler they can get you insane discounts, like one carat VVS or VS for under eight hundred.
Me personally I'm not a fan of tungsten or titanium, they have no real worth as jewelry and because they are so hard t

EDIT: Oh and on the Zales one you posted, where it says "Total Carat Weight: Accent", that typically means all of em together are under half a carat. Also be aware that the ten karat type of gold Zales uses tends to be more on the white side than yellow. Other than that its pretty and on sale so I don't see why you shouldn't go for it.
