How do you deal with..
How do you deal with those really odd feelings that pop up unexpectidly.
Its not really sadness.. Maybe it is, it could be.
It's not even physical, it's mental, and emotional. LOL
I might be asking the wrong people.
But, I have this really wierd feeling where my heart should be (pun intended)
and it's there, and when it's there, I sleep it off. Of course the sleep is rough, and often
filled with the scariest dreams, but it pushes the feeling away.
But it always slips back. Im actually considering seeking medical attention. Or something. I don't know. But it hurts, not physically, but, it just does?
Im definatly asking the wrong people aren't I.
I would rather confide in you guys, then in my parents.
Lovely.

Personally to me it sounds like anxiety.
Are you worried or stressed about anything at all IRL?

If you want us to talk serious, we will. Ask clover. Shes good at those kind of things.

How much sodium do you get in your diet?
#5
I bet you know you forgot something, but you don't know what. I get really angsty when that happens.

Its a drifting feeling, like somethhing that has been sorrounding me for a few months, sometimes I get these sharp pains in my chest, and I have to sit down, and I don't know why but everything suddenly seems really bad, and it gets to the point where im on the floor crying. I don't understand what this is, but it wont go away. I'm perfectly healthy, I know that. So I don't understand why I can't even seem to stay sane. I had headaches in the beggining of it all, ibuprofen, I have now grown immune to because of it. Nothing numbs this, or makes it go away....
Idk what in the world to do.

As far as the headaches go, have you been drinking plenty of fluids? Or have you been staying on the computer for extended periods of time?
Stress can also cause headaches.
If the chest pain is a more of a physical pain I suggest you see your primary care doctor ASAP.
If it's more of that tight feeling you get when you're really scared or want to cry. I'd say it sort of sounds a bit like a panic/anxiety attack.
Especially if it makes you feel sort of emotionally unstable while it's happening. Do you tend to get that feeling where everything feels overwhelming?
Or like feel a sense of impending doom / dread but have no idea what it's about?
If so that'd be a good sign that you could possibly have some form of anxiety and or panic disorder.
Especially because you said it tends to make you feel like you can't be "sane".
Though that's not to say it couldn't be something else. Since a lot psychological and emotional disorders tend to overlap.
Either way it'd best to contact your doctor for a professional opinion since really none of us are doctors or have a degree in this kind of stuff. Lol

Lol Heres the catch. Only anyone who read this threa... and two other people know im feeling like this... One of them thinks its just a 'phase' and the other one thinks im suffering from depression due to past events, and should tell my parents to have my health examined. Lol
So far, out of all the information I've gathered.
1.Im emotionally unstable
2.I might not be in the correct state of mental health
3.I'm depressed?
and 4. I trust the internet more then my parents.
But thank you so much for the help, it seems to make a lot more sense to me.
Idk if i'll seek medical attention, I personally think I can handle this, but I wanted to know if anyone had suggestions.
Thanks so much. I really appreciate the help, and support. <3

If it gets any worse or you start having any sort of suicidal or self harming thoughts please get help either way kay?
If you ever need to talk feel free to shoot me a pm. Or I can give you my msn if you like?
In any case it's alway best to get a professional opinion when you can, but I'm glad I helped where I could.

Next time one of those "feelings" happen, take a second to see if you can figure out what may be triggering it.

I feel the need of making this deep topic shallow, however, I feel kinda bad about it.
Also, why do you need to write walls of text? It really makes me want to avoid reading...

Just thought another thing I can never deal with: yawning and laughing at the same time.
#17
Is that even possible?
#18
Happens a lot to me, I am laughing and I suddenly feel the need to yawn.
#19
It sounds like it would hurt. Like.. if i were laughing.. i would be breathing rather fast, then to yawn would cuase the breathing to slow.. which sounds painful?
