I'm actually here on and off and try to handle most of the spam, infractions, bannings, ect. I can't be on 24hrs a day though. x__x;

All of the reported posts get handled, all of the spam and ads get removed, and we are lax and friendly.
And why would we need more staff, there isn't enough active members to need more individualized, and specialized moderators per section. Until there are at least 1oo-15o active posting members, or more, there is no real need for more staff.

Mods are online most of the time. When you become a mod, you get sent into this funny lurking phase. We're always here, just don't always post.

P.S. When we do need a new mod, it'll probably be Drakonid. 90% of reported posts are from him.

All of the spam and truly horrid crap gets dealt with as if there were an army of ninjas sitting around waiting for it. I literally used to be disappointed that someone else always got to a report before me.
Also I don't do any thing any more unless there is a perceived need, so in essence the mod you're asking for exists.
