And I have vogue for him before. I could give a damn whether or not you may think he is eligible, because he is. Yeah he did get in a bit of trouble for publicly displaying "ownership" of a scammer but at least he got another scammer banned.
I am really looking forward to Shojo being a MM, I am not sure if or when it will happen but all you need to suck it up and be men, he has done nothing to show that he isn't capable of handling the position to my knowledge.
As for that are stealing, art is concept just because his art may have been ripped doesn't mean he did anything wrong. Unless that person had patents on the art work they can go suck one.
