To get passed the wait time for rapidshare put
javascript:var c = 0;

in the address bar. Then there you are downloading within seconds.

I make these for all the free download sites. I believe I got hotfiles and one other somewhere. Easy as balls. Except one that took me awhile 'cause it uses some sorta frames and encryptions or some shit, but finally did it. Epic useful if you have Greasemonkey! :D
Except I don't need RS, 'cause I have premium. :)

You don't really even need Greasemonkey to do this. The average person with no coding skill can just download something like skipscreen into Firefox.
