Average speaking speed?
I don't feel like looking it up...

What is the average speaking speed? Such as, about how many words per minute will an average reader read aloud?

Well lol. I have to do this oral thing and it can't be 5 minutes and it can't be less than 3... :|

You could do that in 3-5minutes.

If you feel you're going to fast, you can always be more expressive, taking up more time.

100 words per minute spoken sounds fine.
