Help with my volume

My volume is doing something weird i have sound effects but they are not turned on and they are acting like they are when we need the music to sound normal help?

well like when itry to listen to music i have realtek HD music manager and it sounds like i have a add-on on which i don't that might be the prob thanks

Double click the volume icon Is anything looking akward or out of place to you?
