Where should I go, and how can I do it?
No real location in mind, just out of Pennsylvania, and not eastcoast.
I don't really want to stay in one place too long.
Key West is an interesting place, wild chickens and 9 toed cat wander the small island and everyone there lives pretty much like you assume they would.
Vegas is stupid. If you find the right places in Cali you can have an interesting experience or two. You could go to Mexico or Canada. The prior is a bit more dangerous and the latter is well cold and boring but will let you drink if you're 18.
I'd say go to NYC but you might not be able to fund yourself living there or even being in town for more than a week. Though you could set up in Jersey and schlep into the city.
Is there anything to do there? in Arizona I mean.

Depends on what part, sedona is pretty cool if you like hippy new age stuff.
Plus when it gets warmer they have slide rock which is basically a natural water slide.
If you like hiking they have that too.
If you like raves they usually have one every night somewhere in the phoenix area, most in the desert. lol

Funny it's a religious holiday for around here.
Also:
1. the coconuts aren't supposed to be thrown. They are lightly tossed.
2. I have yet to see a naked person. Unless you count the people with the full body paint, but they still have bikini's on e.0
3. Wading through urine = Bourbon street on March 6-8.
4. Killed for plastic beads? Not really. Only in New Orleans when all the tourists come in. I avoid that place like the plague during the last 3 days of Carnival.
I have 1 week off for Mardi Gras. Jason is SUPPOSE to be coming in too.
