Sounds great. I have one suggestion to make. Early on during the tail end and after the talking at the start there is a bass frequency that seems out of place. Its sounds cool and can remain there but what you ought to do is pan the sound back and forth from left to right for its duration and maybe make it a little quieter. Also there are a few places where the track skips? Maybe it was intended, maybe not. If it was, you might be better served with a sort burst of rewind and silence that a skip. The breakdown prior to the speech part at the end seems forced/doesn't resolve well. I think that could be fixed by extending the track and allowing the wha-wha sound thing to resolve along with that percussive bit that's there.
This sucked it was terrible. It's the worst piece of crap I've ever heard because it ended too soon and I wanted it to keep playing >=[
Well when that happens I suppose it will be.... adequate.

I could throw in another "rise" effect by re-using the same one as I did in the beginning before Bill said "The Nod was not returned" and after that climax I could possibly throw in one more round of the background "ah ha ha" audio but instead of repeat it echo it and fit it to some cymbals and hi hats to establish a basic beat that it can ride with and use that as a transition to create a new sound.

And that would work.
