Render is out of place; And you focus to much on the Text, font really doesn't blend that much either.

I think it's a big improvement from the last one. Try Making the text more simple, less standout. Add a few more effects, possibly use layer blending options.

There is movement coming from the render, it should have been put against the left side.

You obviously didn't extend the renders boundaries. I can tell because the smuding, or little effect on the render ends abruptly.
