Tried something different.

I like how simple it is. I wouldn't want modify it for some reason. Although I'm pretty sure cutting it up into a 200x200 avatar would look also as great. However, the white-yellow border running around it is a bit funky and doesn't match up correctly with the golden tones.

It looks like you made it look nice and sharp.... And then saved it as a low quality jpg. The text is not sharp, nor are any of the lines.

Fixed it.

Looks the same. What are you using? When you save the .jpg file, there should be an option for quality. Set it to 100. Or use .png

Fuck, when I first upload it, it looks exactly like it is supposed to, and then it turns into that crap.
And yes I set the quality to max.

Try uploading it using photobucket.

It is tinypic. Dont use tinypic for anything you want to look good.

At first, they look identical. After a few minutes, tinypic lowers the quality of the image to save server space.
