Is it normal if I can see the UG silver section? Because I just noticed I have access to that sub. o:

I think so. I remember a long time ago, I don't even know what happened but I lost UG status but had gfx team status and could still see UG section, so I assume the permissions allow you to see it.

Yes that is normal you are in the GFX team which is like a mod and is higher then UG.

@OP: Lets see, you just came back off of a ban, which means you do not meet the 2 weeks of activity requirement, so now. For another 2 weeks you cannot have UG, apply at that point, and we'll see what happens.
