How can i fix this error

Im trying to run a program my friend showed me but i get this error
i remember you have to download some files but i forgot what i have to download
error is shown below.

Pressing continue isn't doing anything for me

Does the application have a web browser in it? Tell him to set "Script error suppressed" to true.
