His style, it's actually quite simple.
It's a mixture of splatter brushes, with a bit of a grungy element, scan lines, and some kind of text that looks cool.
He also seems to be using floral patterns on draks.
The best one he has up there are the ones with the transparent backgrounds, although the scan lines get repetitive.

Outlined And Cut' The Background Therefore Giving It A
Clean Out Line Impressive And Unique

The Scan Lines Are A Neat Trick For The Shadow And For Blend of The Focal Point

Just because he only uses certain things doesn't make it any less impressive. You can use 80 layers and if it looks like crap it looks like crap. Even if he only uses a few techniques he's still pretty good.
