I've played around with it for about a week. I decided to quit because I didn't own an iPod touch or an iPhone and the emulator was buggy at the time. This was back in Iphone os 2. If you know Java than it'll be a breeze for you. If not than I highly suggest you learn Java, and a lil HTML wouldn't hurt either.

P.s. It's called a iPod touch, not an iTouch.

I'm not sure about the SDK for iOS. But the iPhone os 2 SDK did. You can download the SDK for windows, and there are some 3rd party emulators for windows as well.
