I had them before Time warner. They where horrible. They advertised 6 Mb/s down and I got 1 Mb/s down. However, with Time warner they advertise 10 mb/s and I get 30 mb/s on average. I highly recommend them, in Sc at least.

Its home wifi and the cheapest bellsouth plan there was and once AT&T gutted bellsouth I noticed slow downs. I'm thinking about calling them and bitching till they actually give me what I pay for.

I've tried many times, I've even attempted a C.E.O carpet bomb. They always just kept putting me on hold and hanging up on me mid-conversation. So after all that I finally switched. I haven't regretted a thing since. I've been happy ever since.
