yea i didnt but now im all good hopefully i can get into underground bronze :D i posted 1 program and 1 guide now its just me verse 100 posts and 20 rep lol

Having 100 posts, 20 rep, a program and a guide doesn't give you immediate access to UGB. You have to be a active, friendly member.
