Has anyone done Highschool wrestling or college wrestling?

I was wondering about some of the rules.
Would I be aloud to submit them with like..Armbars, triangle chokes, gogoplatas and shit? Or am i limited to like, guillotines, headlocks, and shit.

I don't plan on doing wrestling myself, I was taught in MMA to get my opponent to tap.
It appears that they don't allow that...
